Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Share, distribute, or resell your license

• Install the software on devices you don't own

• Reverse engineer or modify the software

• Use the software for illegal activities

• Create competing background removal software

Payment and Refunds

• All sales are processed securely through Bluevine

• Payment of $24.99 grants immediate access to download

• Due to the digital nature of our software, all sales are final

• We provide full technical support to ensure your satisfaction

• If you experience technical issues, contact support before requesting refunds

Software Updates

• Free updates are included with your purchase

• Updates may include bug fixes, new features, and improvements

• Updates are provided as available, but not guaranteed

• Major version upgrades may require separate purchase

Termination

• Your license continues indefinitely unless terminated

• We may terminate for violation of these terms

• Upon termination, you must stop using the software

• Termination does not entitle you to a refund
